I'm going to make a community here where you can talk about whatever the fuck you want. I'm hardly going to moderate it... I probably won't even look at it. I don't care if people get offended. If people do get offended, GOOD FOR THEM.

The only rules are you can't post anything against the terms of service. I don't care if people are mean. I don't care if there are trolls. I just. Don't. CARE.

I'm tired of people saying, "BUT I DON'T LIKE THAT. THAT SHOULD GO AWAY."

People SHOULD get offended, but it doesn't mean that we all have to be politically correct all the fucking time. Nothing gets accomplished when we just smile and nod to someone else's beliefs.

So there.

I guess it'd just be a watered down 4chan.

Joined. And strangely excited, because I'm a nerd like that.

Haha. Sweet. I'm not going to post anything there initially, so do whatever you want. Pass it on, etc.

I like the idea. It's definitely one of the biggest faults of the internet that it's encouraged people to believe that they should never be disagreed with. That if you disagree with them you're somehow trampling on their human rights.

We've forgotten how to have good, healthy enjoyable arguments. Arguing with someone doesn't mean you don't respect them. Quite the opposite. It means you think they're smart enough that they're worth arguing with.

I agree! I keep getting warned in communities just for having an opinion that is slightly different than others... and I am warned BEFORE anyone even responds to me on the subject. They say I'm trolling, but I'm hardly being a troll. I'm not saying things to rile people up, I'm saying things to express my own opinion...

I figure that if anyone decides to join my community or take part in it, that they can talk about whatever they want and argue as much as they want- just as long as it doesn't lead to harassment or any of the other things that could come from it that are against the TOS.

So often I find myself posting something and then thinking half an hour later that I should delete it in case it upsets someone. Even when the subject matter is fairly non-controversial. So I end up censoring myself.
